The Supreme Court on Wednesday made public the guidelines for the release of the 2011 Statement of Assets, Liabilities and Networth (SALN) not only of justices of the Supreme Court but also of justices and judges of other courts.
In a 22-page resolution dated June 13 but released to the media on Wednesday, the high court, through Associate Justice Jose Mendoza, decided to make public their 2011 SALNs subject to guidelines after justices of the Sandiganayan, Court of Appeals, Court of Tax Appeals and judges of lower courts throughout the country had been consulted.
