THE Judicial and Bar Council (JBC) has junked calls for a live media coverage on its search for the next Chief Justice of the Supreme Court.
Sen. Francis Escudero, an ex-officio member of the JBC, said that council rules prohibit live media coverage but interviews are open to the public and could be covered by the media without a video recording.
