Present and former government officials will be testifying in defense of former President and Rep. Gloria Arroyo of Pampanga concerning the electoral sabotage charges lodged vs. the former leader, her legal spokesman said Friday.
Raul Lambino, a lawyer, made the announcement a day after prosecution’s star witness Norie Unas testified before the Pasay City Regional Trial Court hearing for Congresswoman Arroyo’s petition for bail.
