FORMER First Gentleman Jose “Mike” Miguel Arroyo postponed his flight to Japan and Hong Kong and his arraignment to avail of a legal remedy that might get off his back the graft charge tied to the P34-million helicopter purchase scam.
Assisted by lawyer Ferdinand Topacio, the husband of former Pres. and now Rep. Gloria Arroyo of Pampanga decided to withdraw the motion to travel abroad that he filed before the Sandiganbayan Second Division.
