Storm signal number 3 up over 8 provinces
Public storm warning signal number 3 has been raised in 8 provinces in Luzon amid the threat of Typhoon Pedring (international name Nesat), state weather bureau PAGASA said in its latest bulletin 11 p.m. Monday.
Aurora, Isabela, Cagayan, Kalinga, Mt. Province, Ifugao, Nueva Vizcaya, and Quirino are under signal number 3 and will experience sustained winds of up to 140 kilometers per hours and gustiness of up to 170 kph, PAGASA said.
