Probe shows Congress security lapse in alleged break-in

Internal security of the House of Representatives showed some lapses even as a security official maintained that no break-in happened at the Batasan that resulted in the switching of election returns in 2005.

This was revealed on the first day of the ad hoc committee investigation on the alleged break-in that was exposed by police Senior Superintendent Rafael Santiago.
